We began with a Conversion & UX audit of the product display page, guided by Baymard best practices and the MECLABS framework, aiming to boost add to cart metric. The audit identified 18 UX/UI violations and 48 conversion opportunities.
Next, we created low-fidelity wireframes to outline the new PDP structure and layout, followed by high-fidelity designs in Figma with annotations, design rationale, and developer notes for a smooth handover.
During weeks three and four, we developed the responsive PDP, conducted testing to resolve issues, and deployed the optimised page to production.
